To celebrate Erkki Melartin's 150th birthday, we bring you a program featuring some of his most beautiful compositions, from his String Quartet No. 4 to stunning songs and moving piano pieces. One of the few true Nordic impressionist composers, Melartin's music will transport you to a sublime dimension. Featuring the Nexus Quartet, soprano Laura Loge, and pianist Steven Luksan All tickets are considered free-will donations to the Northwest Edvard Grieg Society, for the purpose of producing more concerts like this one. We welcome all to attend our concerts, whether or not you choose to donate. We are grateful for your generous support, financial or otherwise.
